Quote Preferences

Save time with Quote Preferences. These are defaults that pre-populate in the quote screen. They can always be changed.

 

  1. When working with multiple programs choose your preferred program.
  2. Choose a preferred Company and GA to default each quote, this can be changed when needed.
  3. If you like to work with a preferred billing type this can also be entered.
  4. If the Automated Submission Email setting in is unchecked, the confirmation email is sent to the insured and the signor. If checked the signor will be the sole recipient of the email.

Other preferences are available such as  automated submission screen, IPFS TotalPay® Notifications and if authorized Quivit® preferences.
